SolaDrive began offering its services in early 2009, and ventured to have an online presence in November of 2010, providing managed VPS and managed dedicated servers to small and medium-sized enterprises. Having experienced poor quality hosting firsthand, and working for companies who provided subpar services, the founders of SolaDrive strived to create and provide a better brand focusing on service and customer support.

Our pledge is to provide our customers with nothing but the best-quality service and customer support at reasonable prices. We accomplish this by consistent growth internally and continually upgrading both our structural hardware and frontend products, while keeping costs affordable and never growing faster than we can support.

Now, after almost five years of providing services, we have grown considerably and have become known for providing quality service with exceptional support. We are very proud of how far we have come and what we have accomplished since our founding. Some may say it’s a coincidence, but we sure do feel lucky to have a high retention rate of customers, many who have been with us since the near start. We think this goes to prove that if you can provide an honest, quality service, then you will have a very desirable product that’ll leave customers with no reason to look elsewhere.

We are pretty happy with where we have come and the reputation we have acquired. The biggest mistake we feel other companies make is growing too fast. We strive to maintain a steady and consistent growth rate, but still set goals for ourselves and aim to providing service that will double our current client base within two to three year’s time. Our goal is to stay a mid-sized company so we can still provide a personal touch to support and know clients on a first name basis. We look forward to building new relationships and continuing our current ones with clients who have been with us since the start for many years to come.
