Here are frequently asked questions regarding our Residential IP VPS services. If you can't find the answer to your question below or on our website https://www.soladrive.com/residential-ip-vps/ then you can open a ticket to us.

Q: What locations do you offer?
A: As our website states (https://www.soladrive.com/residential-ip-vps/), we only offer these locations:
Seattle, WA,
Ashburn, VA
Los Angeles, CA

Q: What IP and service provider do you offer?
A: IP's are from our own AtlasNetworks ISP (Seattle) and AT&T (Ashburn, VA) and Sprint (Los Angeles, LA) and appear as residential IP's.

Q: Are these real residential IPs and not datacenter or proxy?
A: These are real residential IP's, not detected as a proxy, VPN or datacenter IP.

Q: Can you provide me a test IP so I can confirm its residential?
A: Yes, test IP's are listed on https://www.soladrive.com/residential-ip-vps/

Q: Are these fresh never used IPs?
A: IP's are clean and fresh but we cannot guarantee they have never been used before, every IP on the internet has been used at one point or another. However we can switch your IP once in the first 48 hours.

Q: Do you off a trial period or offer a refund?
A: No we do not offer trials, but if the IP does not work for you within the first 48 hours of ordering we can change your IP or offer you a refund. After 48 hours we can no longer change your IP or provide a refund due to the nature of how these services are used.

Q: My order was blocked and got a High risk alert after ordering. What do I do?
A: To order a VPS/server without getting blocked by our system you must not use a VPN as our system uses a fraud prevention system. You also must give an actual address that matches your IP location. If you cannot do this than our system will mark you as fraud.

Q: What can I use your residential IPs for? Do they work on a website I need to use it on?
A. We do not know what sites our IPs work on, you will need to check that yourself by ordering and testing that. You can use the IPs for any legal purpose.
